Verbly App Terms of Use (EULA)

1. General Information
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and EPS Pro, Piotr Tomkiewicz ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Verbly mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. App Description
Verbly is an educational app for learning English, focusing on irregular verbs. The App offers:
- Learning irregular verbs through flashcards
- Quizzes and tests to check knowledge
- Learning progress statistics
- Premium features available through subscription

3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal and educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove or alter copyright notices
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our consent

4. Premium Subscription
No premium subscription.

5. Data Privacy

6. User Responsibility
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App in accordance with its intended purpose and law

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Interruptions in App operation

- Damages resulting from using or inability to use the App

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes are made means acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App in case of violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by Polish courts.
